RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

According to European law you are offered a 14 day grace period to change your mind about your purchase during the right of withdrawal-period, provided the product packaging has not been opened. However, diPulse offer you 30 days to try your product. If you wish to return your product please send an email to support@dipulse.com with the email title "Return". We will respond to your email, send you a return shipping label, and instruct you on how and where to send your package.

REFUNDS

As soon as the returned product is received, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method, and we will inform you via email. We will endeavor to ensure your refund will be received within 4 business days of receipt of the product. If you have not received your refund within this time please contact support@dipulse.com with your tracking information and we will investigate the process.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon its arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Our Support Team will organize and bear the cost for the return or exchange of the product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
